MY STORY
Mariah grew up in a small town in northern Michigan. She had the horse bug from the very start and knew in grade school she was going to be in the horse business one day. Everyone doubted her letting her know that you can never make it with horses. That only made her work harder. Riding problem horses in high school and just learning all that she could from the small resources she was provided with.
After graduating she went to college for a couple of years. Before starting her spring semester in 2014 she decided to pack her things and move to Texas to chase that dream she always had inside of her.

Working lots of long hard hours under many of trainers and lots of colts later, it had made Mariah who she is today.
She’s worked with multiple barrel futurity, reining, western pleasure, and natural horsemanship trainers over the years.

Mariah provides a stellar lesson program that she has designed carefully to help clients not only with their horsemanship skills but also with life outside of the barn. Giving everyone a safe, judgement free place to grow.
MY SERVICES
TRAINING
Training and handling all horses as a sentient being— while adapting to each horses feel and personality. Going with horses natural instincts instead of fighting against them with punishment, domination and fear based theories. Focusing heavily on functional posture and movement so you can have a long lasting partner.
TRAINING PRICES
-full time (5 days a week)- $700/month
-3 days a week - $420/ month
-Individual sessions (trailer loading, addressing problems, pulling back, etc) prices vary

LESSONS
Basic Horsemanship will be taught not only under saddle but on the ground. Proper communication on the ground will follow under saddle. Developing a solid relationship with your horse all while focusing heavily on functional movement and posture.
Group lessons $60/hr
Private lessons $100/hr

BOARDING
Fine Print Farms our Beautiful facility in Bulverde, TX on 100 acres! 3 arenas, round pen, trails, wash rack, 1/2 mile gallop track.
We are a movement based facility but we do have 10x10 or 10x20 stalls as needed.
Horse live in the most natural environment and we incorporate and our core values what I call the THREE F’S: FRIENDS, FORAGE, & FREEDOM! Free choice coastal hay, CubeIt alfalfa/timothy with our mineral supplement once daily, with added magnesium, salt, zinc/copper, Excel EQ , Fats and additional protein all as needed per the horse’s needs. We are a grain free forage based farm. Feeding a natural and non inflammatory diet.
BREEDING
We breed, raise, and train high quality barrel and running horses. Foals by the most sought after stallions in the industry. Broodmares are carefully picked out to have ideal bloodlines, conformation and personality. Keep an eye out for our upcoming foal crop!
SALES
Mariah will handle all aspects of marketing, advertising and client viewings with the option to sell horses on consignment.
We also have personal sale horses available! All horses Mariah gets to know on a personal level so she can best fit the horse with the client.
